Myrlin has worked in the industry since 2000 and has planned thousands of events all across the country ranging from 10 – 20,000 attendees. Myrlin started her event planning career with the Association of Fundraising Professionals, where she honed her event planning skills. In 2007, Myrlin embraced her entrepreneurial spirit and became an independent consultant, until the launching of Next Level in 2011. Brenda is a multi-faceted meeting planner as she is a licensed attorney who initially began working with Next Level as a client. Since joining Next Level in 2011, Brenda has turned her legal advocacy skills into being an advocate for her clients by establishing beneficial vendor and sponsor relationships. She always ensures that no detail is overlooked in successfully executing events. Given her keen sense to develop innovative solutions to on-site problems, her clients have affectionately nicknamed her the “Olivia Pope” of Conventions.
